The Village at Dunwoody is several ongoing projects in one. Aspiring to be the central gathering spot for the city of Dunwoody, the program includes a total renovation of the expansive courtyard to create multi-purpose outdoor event and gathering spaces. This city center will accommodate rotating food trucks, festivals, live stage events and private functions. The design uses site, landscape and architectural elements to rejuvenate the existing facades, creates a new covered open-air event space with stage, new outdoor lounge and dining spaces in addition to the  design of five anchor food and beverage concepts.
