Local Three is a shared vision of the three owners, and now good friends, that came to light over an abundance of bourbon, good food, and laughter. The design was born in an collaborative on-site session with the design team, the Owners, and local folk artist and friend Tracy Hartley. Truly a collective effort, it  realizes the culmination of three huge personalities in an iconic Atlanta restaurant space (formerly Joel Brasserie). A single felled Maple tree was reclaimed and milled to create the custom bar and communal table tops and the space was warmed with dark earthy tones and personal commissioned artwork.  Every point in the space tells their story.  And yes, the Dude Abides.
