Sorella Vicina is the third concept by Cellared Roots Hospitality. Owner and Master Sommelier Phillip Cooper had grand ambitions for the lofty space in the ground floor of the Hamilton boutique hotel in Alpharetta, GA. The Mediterranean-inspired concept marries the restaurant with a boutique wine shop creating a complex program. The space boasts 20 foot ceilings and is bathed in sunlight. A custom iron gate, inspired by Italian gardens, connects the dining space to the wine shop. The shop accomodates wine tastings and retail along with gourmet grab-n-go charcuterie boards with bottled wine pairings in collaboration with the Hamilton. The palette is warm and feminine, inviting guests to linger over a beautiful bottle of wine in the sun-drenched dining room or cuddle up to the zinc bar for a cocktail and lively conversation.
