Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar is the third concept for Doug Turbush, bringing sustainable seafood to his loyal following. Design was driven by the industry behind seafood from fishing and farming to efficient handling and delivery to Chef's door. Steel art sculptures were commissioned as a division between semi-private dining and a moody dining room. Curated accessories are storytellers from iron mermaids and vintage oars to Thai fishing basket- inspired lighting and marine-grade wood millwork.
A colorful patio gives the sense of seaside dining in the midst of the suburban dining scene.
